We stand by the color quality of our products! Our items come with a one-year color guarantee, and with careful use, the color can last two to three years. In the rare event that the color fades, we offer a refund in the form of a promo code rather than a direct monetary refund.

For example, if you purchased an item for 350 BDT and it experiences color fading, we will provide a promo code worth 350 BDT on your next purchase, but minimum purchase amount will be 420 Taka.

Please note that this promo code is the sole method of refund for color-related issues; we do not provide monetary refunds for these cases.
